But most job interview outfit ideas tend to be uninspiring and overly conservative for today’s modern world. After all, it’s difficult to stand out among the other candidates if you’re all wearing a basic black pantsuit and white shirt.

1. Cigarette Pants
Pants are the easiest choice for an interview in the colder months as you don’t have the dilemma of whether to wear hosiery or not. Plus, pants can be dressed up with a jacket or down with a fitted t-shirt, depending on how formal the interview is.
But, don’t stick to boring or ill-fitting pants, instead, opt for some stylish cigarette pants. Cigarette pants are slim-fitting, skimming the legs without being too tight. For a modern edge, choose black pants cut just above the ankle and pair them with some stylish flats or low-heeled pumps.
2. Loose Jacket
